Tall Bike Coffee

We co-op our ordering with other local roasters, using several different sources to obtain high quality beans from smaller farms. Varieties will rotate from time to time based on seasonal availability and quality.

Ethiopian

These light bodied beans, from the birthplace of coffee, are roasted lightly to preserve their sweet aroma and clean floral notes.

Mexican

With a medium body, and slightly nutty finish this is a great breakfast coffee. Roasted light to medium.

Brazilian

The harvest style drying techniques preferred  by farmers in Brazil bring out a sweet sunny taste in their beans.  Roasted light to medium.

Costa Rican Tarrazu

Medium bodied and clean. Always a crowd pleaser.  Roasted medium to dark.

Sumatra

Low acid, with a rich and lingering finish. Roasted medium to dark bringing out the caramel undertone.

Kenyan AA

Excellent body, with crisp acidity and a hint of malt. A good choice for a tasty pot of drip coffee. Roasted medium to dark.

Kenyan Decaf (Swiss water processed)

For those of you who like to sleep every now and then! Roasted medium to dark.

Lamplighter Roast

Our signature dark roast blend, perfect for after dinner, before a nighttime bike ride.

Colombian

Our darkest espresso roast. Can also be roasted slightly lighter for a classic coffee flavor.
